Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Who will walk my dog?

The person you meet at the appointment, with whom you arrange the handover of the keys, will generally be the one who will walk your dog at all times, except in cases of objective hindrance, when they may be replaced by a trusted close person as an adequate substitute who will take care of your dog or other animal to the same high standard.

Will you walk my dog at the same time as other clients' dogs?

No. All walks are individual. We focus solely on your dog and its needs. If you want your dog to socialize with other dogs, we will take them to a nearby park or follow your instructions.

Can you feed my dog after the walk?

Of course. During the introduction, you will show us the portion size and where the food is kept. After the walk, we will gladly give your dog fresh water and feed them. If we run out of food, we will inform you. We are happy to go to the store for more food. The cost for this service is €10 plus the cost of the food.

Can we communicate after the walk or visit?

Absolutely, we will gladly send you photos of your pet.

What if the weather is bad?

We will walk your pet even in rain or snow, just as you would. We strive to provide our service 365 days a year regardless of weather conditions. In the case of extreme weather forecasts, we will contact you to discuss the best course of action.

What happens in case of an accident? Who covers the vet costs?

First and foremost, we strive to prevent any situations that could endanger or injure your pet. Unfortunately, such situations can still occur. Therefore, it is advisable to provide us with the contact and address of your pet's veterinary clinic. It is also helpful to give us the contact information of another person in case we cannot reach you. The pet owner covers the costs of treatment and all necessary expenses.

I’m traveling tomorrow and urgently need the service...

If we have an available slot, we will be happy to accommodate you. Please note that a meeting to get acquainted with the animal is mandatory.
