- Visit: €7

  *Price includes providing pre-prepared food, fresh water, and litter cleaning

  *Each additional cat increases the price by €1.5

RABBITS AND OTHER RODENTS (AND OTHER SMALL PETS BY AGREEMENT)

- Visit: €7

  *Price includes providing pre-prepared food and fresh water (other as agreed)

  *Price increases on weekends and holidays


TRAVEL TO LOCATION

- Zone 1a: €1.50

- Zone 1: €2.50

- Zone 2: €3.50

- Outside the zone: €5.50 – €9.50 (depending on distance and agreement)


MEETING, PICKING UP, AND RETURNING KEYS

- Meeting for agreement, introduction, and key pick-up: €10 + travel cost to the zone

- Returning keys: €7 + travel cost to the zone

ZONE 1 AREA

- The rest of Trešnjevka South, Rudeš, Špansko, and Malešnica and surroundings


ZONE 2 AREA

- Neighborhoods directly touching the neighborhoods in Zone 1 and 1a


WORKING HOURS FOR WALKS/VISITS

- Monday – Friday: 9:00 – 20:00

- Weekends, holidays, Easter, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year – working hours by agreement


PRICES FOR WALKS AND VISITS ON WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS, AND OUTSIDE WORKING HOURS

- Saturdays: prices increase by 30%

- Sundays and holidays (except those listed below): prices increase by 50%

- Easter, Christmas, New Year: prices increase by 80%

- Prices for walks outside working hours (9-20) are increased by 70%

- Walks and visits on the mentioned days are by agreement


"LAST MINUTE" SERVICES

- Services not agreed upon at least 24 hours in advance are increased by 50%


ADDITIONAL SERVICES

- All additional services are charged by agreement, €10 – €50

  (e.g., going for food, medicine, litter is charged depending on the distance of the sales point, quantity, and transportation costs)

- The owner bears the costs of food, medicine, litter, etc.


RESERVATION OF APPOINTMENTS

- By paying the full amount for the agreed service stated in the offer, the requested appointment is considered reserved


PAYMENT

- Payment is made to the transaction account based on the offer or invoice sent by email


REFUND OF PAID AMOUNTS

- For cancellations of prepaid and reserved walks or visits if we have started providing the service and it is canceled, we do not refund money and reserve the right to the full paid amount

- Unused or canceled walks and visits at the owner's request cannot be transferred to the next month

- For paid service reservations, if canceled more than 15 days before the start date, we offer a 70% refund of the paid amount.

- For cancellations more than 10 days before the service start date, we offer a 50% refund of the paid amount.

- For cancellations less than 10 days before the service start date, we reserve the right to retain the full amount.

- If we are objectively unable to provide the agreed service and it has been prepaid, we refund the full amount paid


OTHER TERMS

- If the dog causes damage to third parties during the walk, the owner is responsible for it

- If the dog causes damage to property during pet sitting, the owner is financially responsible for it

- Visits to the vet and vet costs are entirely borne by the pet owner

- We recommend that owners leave the contact number of a third person for emergencies

- The owner is obliged to provide all relevant information about the dog (and other animals we visit) to make their walks as pleasant and safe as possible. This includes health status, behavior issues, aggressiveness, etc.

- Providing false or incomplete information about the dog will be considered a breach of terms and we reserve the right to the full paid amount and termination of the agreed walks

- By accepting the offer and paying the amount, you accept our terms of service.
